LEAP enhances the lives of older people in Cambuslang, Rutherglen, Hamilton, East Kilbride, Bothwell, Blantyre and Uddingston by providing free befriending and handyperson services, friendship groups, dementia services and classes and activities all aimed at tackling loneliness and isolation and keeping older people safer in their homes and an active part of their community.
