Idea: Resurface Franklin Place, East Kilbride.
Response: We are aware of the condition of Franklin Place and it is being considered for a future resurfacing programme by our Roads team. In the meantime, they will continue to monitor Franklin Place during routine safety inspections and undertake repairs when necessary.
