The conclusion of this impact assessment is that no negative impact has been identified for any of the groups covered by the protected characteristics in respect of this strategy. The strategy aims to underpin the equality aims and improve the life chances for all learners and develop stronger, more resilient, supportive, influential and inclusive communities in South Lanarkshire.
