Full membership to the group is automatic to individuals of 16 years and over who live in the area, irrespective of tenure

New group, so there hasn't been an AGM yet. However the constitution was signed on 25th March 2024. There shall be an AGM within fourteen months of the Association’s last AGM.
Activities of the group
To safeguard and promote the interests of residents in the area on matters concerning housing, the environment and the social and community life of the area.
