Membership of the association is open to all persons residing in or owning property in the Patterson Drive geographical area.

New group, so there hasn't been an AGM yet. However the constitution was signed on 25th March 2024. There shall be an AGM within fourteen months of the Association’s last AGM.
Activities of the group
Representing the interests of residents in the area on matters concerning housing, the environment and the social and community life of the area.
