- Description of service
- The service is available to individuals with a wide range of mental health difficulties and complex needs, who live in the SL area and are 16-65 years old. The team consists of Social Work staff, community psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists.

- Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm; Friday 8.45am-4.15pm
