DescriptionThe cemetery opened in 1874 with records commencing on that date, there are four distinct areas. Interestingly, interred within the common ground area is a Corporal McKay who was awarded the Victoria Cross during the Indian Mutiny. A new extension opened in 2005 allowing future interments as well as accommodating cremated remains within existing family lairs.
