Translating this website
You can translate the text on our website - including online forms - into over 100 languages, including Gaelic, using the Recite Me toolbar.
Recite Me also offers text‑to‑speech in 65 languages, so you can listen to content in the language that suits you.
If you need more formal support, our Translation and Interpretation Service can provide both written translation and spoken interpretation.
Finding your way around
Search
Our website includes an AI-powered search tool called Agent Ex. You can ask questions in natural language, rather than using keywords. The search provides helpful answers and links directly to relevant information on our website.
Agent Ex supports voice and text searches and can be used with keyboards, screen readers and mobile devices. It also supports more than 70 languages.
We also offer a traditional search powered by Cludo, which helps you find information across the website and displays the most relevant results first.
