Best Start Grant is 3 one-off cash payments you may be able to get if you're pregnant or caring for a child.
It includes:
- Pregnancy and Baby Payment
- Early Learning Payment
- School Age Payment
Best Start Foods is a prepaid card to help you buy healthy food for children under 3.
How to apply
You can apply for Best Start Grant and Best Start Foods if:
- you live in Scotland
- you're on certain benefits
- you're pregnant or are a parent/main carer for a child
