Help with your bin if you are physically unable

If all members of your household (16 years or over) are physically unable to move the bin you can apply for help to get your bin to the kerb.

We will not collect your bin if it is unsafe to do so. This includes ungritted pavements or steps, unrestrained pets, or uneven surfaces. Please ensure that access to your bin storage area is clear of obstructions and safe for our crews to carry out their duties.
