Clyde Walkway
The Clyde Walkway is a 65km riverside footpath from the centre of Glasgow to the Falls of Clyde at New Lanark.
The River Clyde and Clyde Valley are recognised worldwide as important industrial, cultural and natural features.
The route isn’t fully accessible for people with mobility needs. Part of it runs along a public right of way, but most of it crosses private land.

The Clyde Walkway is closed between Poplar Glen and Milton Lockhart for safety reasons until further notice due to a number of unsafe structures. Access should not be attempted. There is no off-road diversion available. A programme of repair works is currently being planned.
