Places to skate, ride and practise your skills
If you enjoy skateboarding, BMX or inline skating, you can use our free skateparks across South Lanarkshire. They are open every day and have lighting until 9pm, so you can visit at a time that suits you.

- Stonefield Park, Blantyre
- Crawforddyke Park, Carluke
- East Kilbride Skatepark, next to the Dollan Aqua Centre
All sites are purpose-built and free to use.
Free lessons with Radworx
We run a free extreme sports programme called Radworx during the summer holidays for children aged 8 and over.
You can learn how to skateboard, ride BMX or try inline skating. Whether you are new or already have experience, trained instructors are there to help you build your skills and confidence.
Radworx provides all the equipment you need, including safety gear, so you can take part without bringing anything with you.
