Skateparks

If you are into skateboarding, BMXing or inline skating we have three purpose-built skateparks

• Stonefield Park, Blantyre
• Crawforddyke Park, Carluke
• East Kilbride Skatepark next to the Dollan Aqua Centre.

All three skateparks are free of charge and are lit until 9pm daily.

We also have an extreme sports project call Radworx that offers free lessons in skateboarding, BMXing and inline skating during the summer holidays for children aged 8 and over. Radworx instructors are on hand to help you learn the basics if you're a beginner and the latest tricks if you're an old hand.

Radworx can provide everything you need including safety equipment free of charge so there is nothing to stop you having a go.
