You may be aware of the proposed new affordable housing development at Westwood Hill in East Kilbride and how you can get involved.

What is being proposed?

The council’s development partners have submitted a Planning Application Notice for new council homes at land along Westwood Hill, between Adelaide Road and Lickprivick Road.

The proposal includes:

• affordable housing
• play areas
• landscaping
• access road
• parking areas
• drainage infrastructure
