Local Letting Plans
Local Letting Plans are available for eight areas of South Lanarkshire:
They give details of:
- supply and demand for housing in each area
- local letting targets for the percentage of council properties allocated to each of the four housing needs lists
- local letting initiatives which allow us to tackle issues such as high demand for different property types, high levels of need and estate management issues
- How we allocate council housing and who gets priority
