Birth Roots

Still a parent. Still your story. We are here if and when you need us

Birth Roots is a support service for birth parents whose children have been adopted. We offer a safe, understanding space where you can talk, take part in group activities, or just spend time with others who have been through something similar. There is no pressure. We are a team of people who want to listen and walk alongside you. We offer 1 to 1 support, group sessions, activities and more.

Here are a few examples of the type of support we can offer:

• 1 to 1 support
• Group work
• Peer support
• Support with letterbox contact
• Practical support
• Support you with access to other health and wellbeing services
• Support and advice on dealing with trauma and loss
