Spaces to Talk
Drop‑in advice and support in your community
Spaces to Talk are friendly, local drop‑ins where you can get advice and support on everyday health and social care worries. Anyone can come along. You don't need an appointment - just drop in, chat to us and speak to the local organisations there each week. We run these sessions with our partners in health, community groups and the third sector.
These sessions are free, open to all adults, and no appointment is needed. Just drop in and speak to the organisations on hand each week.
You can get support with:
- money, bills and benefits
- housing issues
- your health and wellbeing
- social care support
- leisure, hobbies and local groups
- community support services in your area
