Care Opinion
Share your experience
You can share your experience of using South Lanarkshire University Health and Social Care services through Care Opinion. It is a safe, independent website where you can tell us what went well and what could be better. Your story helps us understand what matters to you and how we can improve the care we provide.
On Care Opinion, you can share any part of your experience during your episode of care:
- What went well
Kindness, good communication, helpful staff, positive outcomes, or anything that made your experience better - What could have been better
Delays, communication issues, things that didn’t run smoothly, or suggestions for improvement - How you felt
Reassured, anxious, supported, confused, listened to - Practical details
Clarity of information, ease of accessing services, or how well things were explained - Ideas or suggestions
Anything that could help improve the service for others
And importantly:
- you can stay anonymous — no need to give your name
- you can post at any time — before, during, or after care
- every story is read and responded to by staff who use the feedback to improve services
Why your feedback matters
We work with Care Opinion because it gives you an easy, anonymous way to talk about your care. It supports our commitment to being open, listening to people, and improving the services you use.
Your feedback also helps us recognise the difference our staff make every day.
