South Lanarkshire University Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) officially collaborates with Care Opinion, a website where people can share their experiences anonymously. These experiences include the quality of care, communication, waiting times, facilities, and overall satisfaction, to name but a few.

Care Opinion is an independent and non-profit community interest company who want people to be able to share their experiences of health and care in ways which are safe, simple, and lead to learning and change.

As well as supporting our ongoing commitment to improvement and our culture of transparency and transformation, Care Opinion holds the keys to unlocking a deeper understanding of the real difference staff working across South Lanarkshire University HSCP make in people’s lives, day in, day out.
