Sheltered housing

If you live in sheltered housing, you can buy replacement or additional keys for your home. These keys are often unique to your property, so regular key‑cutting shops may not be able to provide them.

What you need to make a payment

Please have the following information ready:

• your name and address, including house number and postcode
• the suite and key number shown on your existing key
• the number of keys you want to order
• a contact phone number
• your debit or credit card details

We cannot accept American Express or Electron cards.

How to pay

You can pay online using our secure payment service.

Please note: Due to a temporary issue, online payments must be made using Internet Explorer.

Choose the area you live in to go to the correct payment page:

• Hamilton area
• East Kilbride area
• Cambuslang/Rutherglen area
• Clydesdale area

After you make your payment, your Sheltered Housing Officer will let you know when your key is ready to collect.
