MyBus

Door-to-door transport

MyBus is a bookable bus service offering door-to-door transport, where possible, in your area. It will pick you up and drop you off as close as possible to your destination. All vehicles are low-floor and wheelchair friendly. They can help if you can't use or have difficulty using standard bus services.

What you can use it for

You can use it for shopping, visiting friends, and some medical appointments, such as visiting a doctor or health centre.

Help and support

Drivers can help you get on and off the bus from the pavement, but they cannot assist you from your home to the bus. You can travel with a friend or carer if you need support.

Who can use it

You must register with MyBus before you travel and book in advance via the website or by phone.

Costs

Travel is free with a National Entitlement Card or Companion Card.  Normal bus service fares apply and can be checked at the time of booking
