How your request will be handled
You can ask us for recorded information we hold. We will review your request and respond as quickly as we can, usually within 20 working days.
What happens next
If your request is large or complex, we may take up to 40 working days. If anything is unclear, we will contact you to help you refine your request.
If the information is already published, we will send you a link or explain how to access it in a format you can use.
Our response
We will provide the information in your preferred format where possible. In some cases, we may not be able to share everything you asked for, but we will explain why.
