What if I am not happy with the response I receive?
If you are not happy with our response to your information request, you can ask us to review our decision
Ask for a review
To do this, write to our FOI Review Team and explain why you are unhappy. We will review the decision and respond to you.
Still unhappy?
If you are not satisfied after the review, you can apply to the Scottish Information Commissioner. The commissioner will look into the case and decide whether we should give you some or all of the information.
