Chatelherault Country Park wedding menus

The meal package also includes tea/coffee and after dinner mints along with complimentary water and orange juice for the tables.

And we look after the little ones too with our Children’s Menu which is £17.50 for children aged 3-12 years old and children under three eat free!

We will be happy to discuss any ideas that you have to make sure that you have the perfect wedding menu. We are also able to cater for the majority of dietary requirements (please advise of any requirements in advance).

Your food choices must be submitted to us nine weeks in advance with pre-orders for food sent to us three weeks in advance. The final bill will be prepared three weeks in advance once numbers and pre-order have been submitted and the bill must be settled at least one week in advance.

Homemade, packed with flavour and served with a hot crusty roll

Pan-fried creamy garlic mushrooms
Locally sourced mushrooms pan fried with fresh cream, garlic and thyme and served on a slice of toasted sourdough bread

or

Black pudding, goat’s cheese and tomato chutney stack
Award winning Ramsay’s of Carluke black pudding topped with melted goat’s cheese and tomato chutney and served on a bed of micro herb salad with a balsamic vinaigrette

Mains

Homemade steak pie
Locally sourced slow cooked steak topped with puff pastry and served with hasselback potatoes and seasonal vegetables

or

Chicken Balmoral
Chicken breast stuffed with haggis and drizzled with creamy peppercorn sauce and served with hasselback potatoes and seasonal vegetables

or

Sweet potato and red onion marmalade tart
A vegan and gluten free shortcrust pastry tart filled with sweet potato and spinach and topped with red onion marmalade, sunflower seeds and pumpkins seeds

Served with hasselback potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Trio of mini chocolate desserts
Double chocolate mousse, white chocolate and raspberry mousse and a chocolate and orange tartlet, served with fresh whipped cream

Rhubarb and ginger delicacy
Ginger crumb base with a layer of rhubarb and chocolate filling, finished with a sprinkling of chocolate flakes and a dusting of raspberry, served with fresh whipped cream

Chatelherault offers you exclusive use of our West Wing and private enclosed Parterre Gardens where you will feel relaxed and enjoy a really special and person atmosphere.
