This form must not be used to apply for a grant or request a review. Using this form to apply for a grant or request a review will cause a delay to any application made and any subsequent payment/award.

To make an enquiry about goods received (including faulty goods) for a community care grant, you must contact The Furnishing Service on ccgenquiries@tfs.direct

If you have already applied for a crisis or community care grant, please note our response timescales are:
- 2 working days for crisis grants
- 15 working days for community care grant
