If the address you are currently living at or moving to is not in South Lanarkshire, we will require proof of residency at this address. For owners or tenants, this can be your Council Tax bill. If you are living in someone else's property (for example with your parents or with friends) you should provide a letter from them confirming the date(s) you were staying there. It should also include their contact details in case we need to get in touch with them.
You must also provide proof that you are marketing this property – this can be a letter or email from your letting or estate agent showing the property is for sale or let and date it was marketed from. If you are not using an agent, you must provide alternative evidence showing how and when this has been marketed.
