Before starting this form, please ensure that you have read all the information on the community grants page and that you have all the documents listed below ready to upload
- a copy of your constitution or set of governing rules
- a copy of the last 2 years audited final accounts or a copy of the last 2 years annual income and expenditure accounts (except for new groups)
- a copy of latest bank statement or a copy of the pages of your passbook showing the organisation's name, account number and current balance, stamped and signed by your bank or building society
- for new groups only, a letter from your bank on their headed paper with your organisation's account details
- a copy of the programme or plan of activities for children, if available
Please note that Community grants are issued in accordance with the Connect Council Plan and you will be asked the aims, objectives and main activities of your organisation during the application process.
