Introducing PHIL – Public Health Information Lanarkshire
With an abundance of data available online, it can be hard to find useful, good quality data. To make this easier, NHS Lanarkshire have created a new signposting website Public Health information Lanarkshire (PHIL): https://www.nhslanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk/phil/.
PHIL contains signposting to information on a range of public health related issues such as transport, screening programmes, alcohol and drugs, and community safety.
- Links to trusted and relevant data sources and maps;
- Short briefs on key topics with data, details on the health impacts and, most importantly, what is happening around that topic in Lanarkshire; and
- As a public facing site we also signpost the public to relevant services.
- If you would like to watch a short video showing the site: NHS Lanarkshire Public Health Information Lanarkshire (PHiL) on Vimeo;
- There is a short PHIL questionnaire PHIL Evaluation Form – Fill in form; and
- If you would like to be added to the email update distribution list, or provide more detailed feedback, please email PHIL on: LAN.PHIL@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk.
