Challenge Poverty Week 2025
Challenge Poverty Week 2025

Challenge Poverty Week takes place from Monday 6 October to Sunday 12 October, and the Community Planning Partnership (CPP) is once again pledging its support to the annual campaign.
The week aims to highlight the injustice of poverty in Scotland and demonstrate that collective action, rooted in justice and compassion, can create lasting solutions. It is an opportunity to raise awareness, unite with others, share information, and take meaningful action to challenge poverty in all its forms.
Each year, hundreds of organisations across Scotland take part — from elected representatives, charities, NGOs and local authorities, to faith groups, schools, colleges, businesses, trade unions, and professional bodies. Together, they help shine a light on poverty, break down stigma, and show that change is possible when we work together.
