If you are a council tenant and are affected by welfare changes, such as universal credit or the under‑occupancy deduction, our rent income support team can help. Changes to benefits can be worrying, but you do not have to deal with this on your own. The sooner you contact us, the more support we can offer.

• applying for your rent to be paid directly from your universal credit, where suitable
