Repair timescales
When you report a repair, we will tell you if an inspection is needed:
- inspection within 5 working days
- routine repairs within 28 working days
- emergency repairs attended the same day where possible
Due to high demand, some delays may occur. Please avoid phoning for updates unless your repair becomes an emergency.
