Repair timescales

When you report a repair, we will tell you if an inspection is needed:

  • inspection within 5 working days
  • routine repairs within 28 working days
  • emergency repairs attended the same day where possible

Due to high demand, some delays may occur. Please avoid phoning for updates unless your repair becomes an emergency.
