Care at Home Service
Our Care at Home Service operates seven days a week to help people remain as independent as they can possibly be in their own home.
This often involves helping a person to wash, dress or get ready for bed. Some home care workers are also trained to give more personal assistance such as help with medication, incontinence or catheter care.
Care at Home workers can also help with daily living tasks and introduce new ways to undertake daily activities.
Some older people who need a lot of help and don't have anyone to care for them might see their home care worker several times a day.
We also provide support at home with meals - you can also request an assessment to see if you qualify for the Telecare/Community Alarm service.
