How to make a claim
You can ask for a claim form by phoning our Customer Services Centre on 0303 123 1015.

When you get it, make sure you fill in all sections. If you don't give us all the relevant information it will slow down the processing of your claim. See terms and conditions.
What happens when you make a claim?
All claims we get are passed to our claims handlers, Gallagher Bassett.
They will:
- write to you to confirm they have received your claim
- investigate the claim and look at all of the relevant facts
When you will get a decision
Gallagher Bassett will write to you with their decision. On average it takes approximately three months for a decision to be made on property/vehicle damage claims and around nine months for injury claims; however each claim is assessed on an individual basis and it may take longer than this.
