What happens when you make a claim?

All claims we get are passed to our claims handlers, Gallagher Bassett.

They will:

• write to you to confirm they have received your claim
• investigate the claim and look at all of the relevant facts

When you will get a decision

Gallagher Bassett will write to you with their decision within:

• 90 days for property/vehicle damage claims
• nine months for personal injury claims
