The service aims to provide businesses with detailed information on commercial properties in South Lanarkshire, based on their needs, whether it is industrial units, offices, retail or land. 

You can request a search based on your needs and receive a customised electronic report.

Council land and property for lease

South Lanarkshire Council has a varied portfolio of properties. These comprise of industrial units, workshops, offices, yards and retail units located throughout the South Lanarkshire area.

We offer flexible lease lengths, from monthly to long term, for our tenants who range from start up companies, sole traders through to large corporate companies.

Our property portfolio is managed by South Lanarkshire Council Property Services and a dedicated team of surveyors and support staff who aim to find you a property which suits your business requirements within the council area.
