- call your local housing office
- write to the Anti-social Investigation Team using the contact details provided
Mediation service
If you think your situation could be resolved through mediation, you can contact our Mediation Service by using the mediation referral form below.
Environmental issues
You can report environmental problems such as noise complaints, abandoned cars and fly-tipping:

- by calling our Customer Service Centre during office hours
- by contacting our Emergency / Out of Hours Service using the details on this page
Criminal activity
Criminal activity should be reported to Police Scotland or anonymously to Crime Stoppers.
If you believe a crime has taken place:
- call 999 in an emergency
- call 101 for non‑emergency situations
