Dougie MacLean, who wrote the classic modern Scottish folk ballad ‘Caledonia’, will be at the venue on Friday 1 April from 7.30pm.

The internationally renowned singer-songwriter is also famous for his music for 'Last of the Mohicans' and inspired performances, including ending the Closing Ceremony of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, which was viewed by over a billion people worldwide.

Dougie has received two prestigious Tartan Clef Awards, a place in the Scottish Music Hall of Fame, a Lifetime Achievement Award from BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and an OBE.
