Have your say! Help shape the future of customer involvement
Published: Monday 2 June 2025
We want to hear from you!
We’re currently reviewing how we engage with customers, and this is your chance to get involved and make a real difference. Whether you’ve never taken part before or are already an active voice in your community, your views matter.
Working closely with customer representatives, the council is carrying out a full review of how customers influence housing services. We are keen to consult with as many customers as possible and have developed an online customer engagement survey to give you the opportunity to tell us what’s working well, what could be better, and how you would like to be involved in the future.
Why get involved?
Customer involvement truly matters. When you tell us your views:
- you influence key decisions that affect your home and neighbourhood
- communication and trust grow stronger between customers and the council
- everyone stays better informed about changes and opportunities
- a stronger, more connected community is built
Even small contributions can lead to big changes — your voice can help shape the services that matter most to you and your neighbours.
The survey is open until 31 July 2025.
Join Us at Customer Voices 2025
We’re excited to invite you to this year’s Annual Customer Conference – Customer Voices 2025. The conference will take place on Tuesday 16 September 2025 in the Banqueting Hall, Almada Street, Hamilton.
This lively and engaging event is your opportunity to:
- hear the outcomes of our customer engagement survey
- discuss housing issues that matter to you and help shape future housing services
- meet council staff and other customer representatives
Spaces may be limited, so save the date and let us know early if you'd like to attend!
For more information on the survey or to register your interest in the conference, get in touch via email or contact your local Housing Office on 0303 123 1012.
We can’t wait to hear from you — let’s shape the future of customer engagement together.
