Before using this form, you must have read our what we will do and won’t do guide.

You can use this form for tree enquiries.

Do not use this form if:

• you are a council tenant, you must report any tree issues within your property to your local area housing office
• you are reporting a tree or hedge that is overhanging a footpath, road or blocking signage, please use the report a road fault form 
• you want to check if it’s a protected tree, see information on Tree preservation orders

If you are reporting an emergency and there is an immediate threat to life, or a tree is blocking a road please call 0303 123 1020 Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 4.45pm and 8.45am to 4.15pm. Outwith these hours, please report to 0800 242024.
