CABIA (Counselling and Benefits in Action) 

One-to-one counselling relating to any mental health issues including bereavement, sexual health, drugs, abuse, sexual orientation, debt, and advice and help regarding welfare benefits.

Clydesdale Community Initiatives  

Clydesdale Community Initiatives was initially set-up in 2002 to enable young people at risk and adults with mental health issues to develop a derelict site in Lanark, South Lanarkshire.

Clydesdale Counselling and Human Development Project 

One-to-one and couples person centred therapy; Supervision of therapist; Assertiveness training courses. Male and female counsellors available.

Clydesdale Resource Network 

Mental health service for individuals who have moderate to severe mental health problems.

Clyde Ward: Udston Hospital 

Clyde Ward is an assessment ward for older people with mental health problems. Average length of stay is between 4-6 weeks. Patients are either discharged or referred to an appropriate service.

Colville Ward

NSPCC Child Protection Helpline

The Samaritans  

Samaritans provides confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide. Whatever you're going through, whether it's big or small, don't bottle it up. We are here for you if you're worried about something, feel upset or confused, or just want to talk to someone. We offer our service by telephone, email, letter and face to face in most of our branches.

Veterans UK 

The Service Personnel & Veterans Agency (SPVA) provides pay, pension and support services to both Military Personnel and the Veterans Community, directly serving around 900,000 personnel. SPVA is currently situated over four main sites from Glasgow in the north to Gosport on the south coast.
