Nick Lansdell was appointed Chief Executive of South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture in 2025.

He has worked with SLLC since its formation in 2010, holding senior roles across outdoor learning, recreation, and business development.  Nick played a key part in SLLC’s transition to a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation and in shaping its 2022–2027 strategy.

An International Mountain Leader, he has over 20 years’ experience in outdoor education and organisational leadership and has represented South Lanarkshire nationally through the Scottish Advisory Panel for Outdoor Education.
