Please use this form if you have a question that isn't answered on the website or to report any other parking related enquiry.

Please do not use this form for the following:

• Challenging or paying a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN): To view, pay, or appeal a PCN, use our online Parking fines and appeals portal.
• Applying for a new disabled parking bay: You must apply through Social Work. See more on Disabled person's parking bay.
• Requesting a bay to be repainted: Report this using the Report a roads fault form.
• Applying for or requesting additional resident permits: Use the Parking zone permits page to apply for residential permits or request more.
