You can arrange a civil ceremony or civil partnership ceremony with us in South Lanarkshire. We offer ceremonies at the Town House in Hamilton or at a venue of your choice within the area. Contact us to check availability and start planning your day.
Our ceremony rooms in Hamilton seat between 10 and 84 guests. If you prefer another location, we can come to you. A risk assessment may be required depending on the venue. We will work with you to shape a ceremony that reflects what you want.

Some venues may need a risk assessment before we confirm your booking.

Costs and payment
Fees depend on the size of your ceremony, the day, and the venue.
Once we confirm your booking, you can pay online.
Lodge notice of marriage or civil partnership
If you intend to marry or enter into a civil partnership both parties must lodge notice of marriage or civil partnership forms.
Important information
Do not hand deliver notices or documents. We will not accept them in person.
