As part of Challenge Poverty Week, a series of events and activities are taking place across South Lanarkshire to raise awareness, share information, and bring communities together. Each day features opportunities to hear from local organisations, access support, and connect with others. Whether you drop in to an event, take part in a workshop, or simply want to find out more, there’s something happening every day to get involved with.

Lanarkshire Rape Crisis Centre (LRCC) Big Give Open Day
Location: Cherry Pie Tattoo and Piercing Studio - 16 Quarry Place Hamilton
Time: 10.00am - 5.00pm
Information: LRCC are hosting a Open Day event in collaboration with Cherry Pie Tattoo and Piercing Studio to raise vital funds for Lanarkshire Rape Crisis Centre. The Big Give have selected LRCC to join their match fund campaign. With a £2500 goal - the Big Give will match what we raise! With a flash tattoo sale, treasure hunt, music and much more we invite everybody to come join us on this special day! Funds raised will go towards our new programme of group work dates 2026 and our young persons group.
