Request replacement

If your card has been lost or stolen you can obtain a replacement by calling our Customer Service Centre on 0303 123 1015.

You will have to provide your full name, address, date of birth and if applicable the name of the school you attend.

Alternatively you can complete the online form to request a replacement.

We will put a stop on the card from the date and time you contact us so that you are not liable for any misuse should it fall into the wrong hands. We will then issue you with a replacement card. A replacement card should be received within 5 - 10 days.

If you use your card to access cashless catering and/or free school meals at a South Lanarkshire secondary school, you must take your new card to the canteen staff so that they can activate it for use in the cashless canteen.
