If you need new burgundy bins, delivery usually takes 8 to 12 weeks.
Once we process your request, it may take up to 4 weeks for collections to start and for your address to appear on the bin schedule.
Food waste collections are free.
If you want garden waste collected in your burgundy bin, you must also apply for a garden waste permit (opens in new tab).
