Answer:

You will need to provide the completed application form along with:

  • Photographic proof of ID (if not available you must nominate a referee, see application form for further details)
  • Proof of age
  • Proof of address
The documents must be originals and NOT photocopies and you must supply at least 2 different types of proof.
