We're currently experiencing a high volume of repair requests, so responses may take longer than normal. We will contact you to arrange the repair or book an inspection as soon as possible.

Tenant responsibility

Before reporting a repair, please refer to our Housing Repairs policy and the Tenants guide to repairs which details repairs that are the tenant's responsibility. Some of these include:

decorating and minor plaster repairs
damage caused by neglect or carelessness
floor coverings (excluding floorboards and concrete)
fixtures and fittings (e.g., curtain rails, decorative lights)
light bulbs, plugs, and fuses (unless fitted by the council)
additional locks, spy-holes, or security chains
dividing fencing and outhouses
