| Conclusion | The conclusion of this initial impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. This is due to the nature of the policies which identify the land use planning requirements in relation to the provision of new developments. Detailed design requirements for new developments are addressed in other policies within the Local Plan. Consultation on all Local Plan policies is undertaken in accordance with the requirements of the Town and Country Planning legislation
