Our social media accounts
Follow us on Twitter
Twitter lets users send and read text-based messages of up to 140 characters, known as tweets.
We have three Twitter accounts:
- @SouthLanCouncil - we use this to tell you council news, to reply to direct questions and pass on information for other organisations such as the NHS, the Scottish Government, Strathclyde Police and Strathclyde Fire and Rescue
- @SLCRoads - we use this to tell you about road closures and weather and gritting information during the winter
- @SLYouTube - we use this to tell you about the filming we do and to let you know when we've uploaded a film to our YouTube channel
We try to follow back the genuine people who follow us as this allows you to send us direct messages and for us to answer them privately. However we do not endorse any people, products or companies that we follow.
