Our social media accounts
We have been using social media to share council information and to talk to you for several years.
We try to respond to direct questions as quickly as we can and even if you are simply commenting on a service we will pass your feedback on to the team involved. If your query is urgent or involves passing on personal information you should use the relevant online form on this site.
Our accounts are generally monitored during office hours, except on public holidays, although during events and emergencies we will add extra cover.
