DescriptionPhase 1.1 includes the inside lane of the eastbound carriageway of Cornwall Street where soft segregation cycling measures will be introduced between its junction with Blacklands Road and Brouster Hill.  From its junction with Brouster Hill to the Town Centre roundabout permanent segregation measures will be introduced adjacent to the eastbound carriageway with parallel crossings on Brouster Hill and Andrew Street to allow cycle and pedestrian priority.  Torrance Road will also incorporate soft segregation measures from its junction with Brouster Hill to its junction with Creighton Grove.  Finally cycle contraflow measures will be introduced on at the priority junction of Kirktonholme Road/Torrance Road to allow 2 way operation for cyclists where one way operation for motorists will be retained.
