| Idea | Improve the area between the path that runs from Walnut Lane and Dale Lane (East Kilbride), put plants, trees, shrubs, fix the benches in many of the green spaces around the path to make it nicer and update the play park ( it looks like time forgot about it). |
| Response | The local grounds team has been instructed to inspect the area and where required ensure that any benches are repaired to ensure they are safe to use. With regards to additional trees and shrubs, the area will be reviewed for potential additional planting, though the area in question is very open and trees planted here in the past have been vandalised and had to be removed. |
